A weigh a day: Day five.
Still headed in the right direction.
32 pounds to goal.
Let us all remember that a bad weekend can erase a whole week’s worth of work. Be responsible. Beeeeee yourself. PUNCTUAL! Punctual?
Still on my way…210lbs (really slow loss so far) ive been slipping up with my meals but never slipping on workouts lol…running today at 8pm. Godspeed and Gob Bless!
So today, while I was doing my morning run..keeping at my pace..this girl was limping passed me as she was jogging. She was not crippled, (probably just a minor injury in her ankle or something) but she was still LIMPING. I felt embarrased because she was going at a faster pace than me…
A lot of memories went to my head like when random strangers use to call me “fatty” or stare at me from their cars while I was walking on the sidewalk OR high-five me while jogging as if to say, “Finally, your fat a$$ is off the sofa!” (This was before I began to have enough stamina to run…hmmm, I wish they could see me now. Oh well.) On the track, I felt judged by others around. They were probably calling me names within their minds.
Then, I though to myself, why the heck am I concerned with the fitness level of someone else or the opinions of strangers that don’t matter. I’M DOING ME and that’s all that matters. I’M MAKING A LIFE CHANGE. THE “ME” you make fun of now, is only a temporary “ME”….soon to be replaced by “ME 2.0” the newer and improved version.
I run at MY pace. If I am pushing myself….I am PUSHING MYSELF. Which is what matters.
Time to begin the day…
From 226 on Day 1, I decided just to see where im at now….
210.4 pounds baby!
Daily regimen: MWF weight room about one hour
TR Jog 35 minutes interval (jog 5min, fast walk 1 min..alternate)
Diet: to come…but eating healthy all around, except Fridays (the days I allowed to “let loose”
Super excited. All that “hard work” paid off tehehe.
BE ACTIVE! THAT’s THE POINT!!
